The Individual Review Process option is paid the current Payment Percentage subject to section 2.7 of the TDP of the gross settlement value and may be either greater or less than the Scheduled Value for the relevant Disease Level as outlined in the Asbestos PI TDP.
Valid Individual Review claims will be paid in installments subject to section 2.7 of the TDP according to the following schedule:
